Performance and user experience
The Twoo app is created for those who enjoy communication, flirting and mobile games. After the dating website with the same name became popular, this product was developed to simplify the use of the service, bring chatting to the fingertips and make it instant and on-the-go. Let’s check it out.
The Twoo interface has a lot to do with famous social networks: intuitive layout, separate screens for different actions and neat white-and-blue design. Could they invent something new maybe? Who knows. All-in-all the design is streamlined and all the necessary information about profiles is easy to check. You can search the database and see large enough pics in the results list – this is an advantage. If you want to learn more about this person, for example, about height, body type, tastes or education – go to profile. I put 4/5 for good navigation, but lack of imagination in design.
I rate the app with such a low mark not because it lacks functions. Actually, there are 4 basic functions and a dozen of additional ones. The key features of the latest Twoo version are the following:
- Sharing content with the entire community;
- Discovering new people using matching algorithm;
- Private chatting and videos;
- Playing games.
Now let’s reveal the problem: the app is positioned as a free one, but in fact, there are so many limitations for those who use it for free: from chatting to viewing likes or visitors. Moreover, users are charged on a per request basis: it means you must pay a fortune if you use it often enough. Therefore, this is only 2 out of 5 for such an annoying price policy.
Performance and User Experience
I’ve been using it for a couple of days and tested all the free functions (yeah, paying for basic functionality seemed inappropriate for me), so I can say there were no serious crushes or major bugs found on my Android.
It is quite easy to search for people of the same interests; the filters are versatile and detailed. I started about 10 conversations, but it seemed to me that at least 3 profiles were suspicious.
Developers worked well to make it work fast and stable, provide good video quality, timely notifications and so on. Another thing I appreciated is the developers provided an informative response to user reviews both in Google Play and in App Store. I put 4.5 out of 5.
If you have something to say about this app and make own review – write me.
Twoo app is available for Android devices on 4.1 and later and iOS devices 9.0 and later. They could do something to make people with 7.0 or 8.0 feel in the community as well. The app is available at Microsoft Store: you can get it both for Windows Phone and for a desktop computer. In general, this is 4/5.
- Appealing design, easy navigation;
- Large community;
- Convenient chatting and sharing content.
- Subscription on a request basis, which makes its use too pricey;
- Many fakes;
- No opportunity to own two accounts.
Twoo is an enjoyable hookup opportunity for older teens and adults. It provides social interactions with numerous community members, introduces a playful experience of discovering new people and offers funny games. However, a major drawback is the pricing polity of the app, which turns almost any basic function into a privilege. If you feel tired from Tinder, OkCupid, Match or Happn – you can try Twoo to diversify the dating services you use, but keep in mind you’ll have to pay a lot.
